- 250 ml apple cider
- 1 handful of red raspberry leaves
- 1 cinnamon quill
- Boil 1 litre of water in a saucepan.

- Add one cinnamon stick and around 250ml of apple cider (taste regularly to check flavour)
- Heat this for a few minutes to allow the cinnamon to infuse the drink.

Note: if you prefer, you can use cloudy apple juice instead of cider.
